Our shipping

Our EU customers (including Switzerland) can enjoy a worry-free shopping experience, where all taxes and duties are already settled at checkout.

1. VAT and customs duties included: For orders under 150 € (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No additional costs on delivery.
   
   
2. Fast customs clearance: Orders under 150 € benefit from expedited customs clearance, resulting in faster delivery times.
   
   
3. Separate shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in the 150 € threshold. Please check the shipping costs at checkout.
   
   
4. Should any issues still arise, please contact us and we will help you find a solution

Our parcels are generally shipped within 2 business days at the latest after receipt of payment - often even the same day or the following day. We place the highest value on customer satisfaction. That's why every item is individually checked for quality before shipping, and leaves our warehouse in perfect condition.

If you should nevertheless have reason for complaint, please contact us immediately and we will find a solution. Otherwise, we would be delighted if you recommended us or took the time to leave a review of a product on our site via the comment function.

Goods are shipped by air mail via Thailand Post.

Shipping fees vary depending on the carrier and are calculated during the checkout process.

Customs duties, import VAT, value added tax

For all our shipments to Europe, we remit import VAT. This means no additional fees or customs duties apply to your orders.

So you can order with complete peace of mind, without worrying about anything.
